Social media ban 'won't be smooth': expert

Australia's incoming social media ban for under sixteens continues to draw criticism from social media experts. Swinburne researcher Prof Ramon Lobato warns that loopholes like VPNs will make enforcement very difficult. “This won’t be smooth,” he warns.
