Drifting Between Worlds is an audio documentary by Sean Siow exploring the experiences of second-generation Chinese immigrants growing up between two cultures. Through interviews with second-generation Chinese Australians, first-generation parents, and the CEO of the Museum of Chinese Australian History, the documentary examines questions of identity, belonging and cultural connection. Drawing on Siow's own experience of feeling disconnected from his Chinese heritage while growing up in Singapore, Drifting Between Worlds offers a personal and thoughtful exploration of what it means to navigate life between different cultural worlds and ultimately find acceptance in a complex sense of self.

This documentary was produced by Sean for a Masters unit in Advanced Audio and Broadcasting Practice.
